Der Kochworkshop geht den Einflüssen der marshalleisischen Küche auf den Grund. Gemeinsam bereiten wir eine Fischsuppe marshallesischer Art zu, begleitet von diversen Beilagengerichten. (Hauptgericht nicht vegetarisch, Beilagen auch vegan möglich.)
Cooking journey to the Marshall Islands with Carl Lekka
In this interactive cooking workshop, Carl aims to promote cultural appreciation by sharing a simple and heartwarming island-style soup recipe with some side dish(es). Along this cooking journey, we will discover the struggles and joys that have influenced the Marshallese cusine while gaining an appreciation of their culture and traditions and to feel the hospitality that only sharing a meal can convey. Come join the journey to the Marshall Islands and embark on a simple and fantastic island culinary adventure. (main dish contains fish, side dishes vegan option possible)
